| First.....the volleyball players I trained. Both Lyndsay and Kelsey are in the video. Here is another testimonial from their coach: "The girls felt the results within the first 5 sessions. | Next Ryan....my wrestler! Ryan wanted to have more power, strength and improve his reaction. After just 6 sessions this is what Ryan has to say: "The partner I work out with that has been controlling me for 3 years is now RUNNING from me! | OK......think you know someone strong? Well, let me tell you.....I will put Amanda up against anyone when it comes to willingness, motivation and STRENGTH! The things that she has made me come up with to challenge her because all of the challenging exercises were easy are unheard of for a 15 year old girl! |
