Yoga is coming to the Barry Lovelace Athlete Training Academy.

Yoga is a powerful tool for people of all ages. When we practice yoga we build strength of body and mind.

Our Yoga Instructor:

Carmen has had her own life transformed by yoga and is passionate about sharing those same benefits with others. Her motivating, easy going and fun style of teaching is sure to encourage the people that come to her classes.

Yoga at The Academy is a 6 week session. Classes take place on Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. beginning on November 5th and ending on December 10th. Each class lasts 1 hour. Yoga at the Academy is an all levels yoga class and everyone is welcome to come and practice at their own pace. The Barry Lovelace Athlete Training Academy is conveniently located at 117 Pine St, Catasauqua.
